~~ Sekadar untuk renungan ~~
"Tak perlu secantik Balqis ANDAI diri tak seindah Sulaiman,
Buat apa diharap kasih setulus Zulaikha ANDAI diri tak setampan Yusof,
Jangan dicari sekuat Siti Hajar dan Siti Sarah ANDAI diri tak seteguh Ibrahim,
Mengapa mahukan seistimewa Siti Khadijah ANDAI diri tak sempurna Rasulullah,
Jangan mencari kesempurnaan dari orang lain sedangkan diri sendiri penuh dengan kekurangan..."

MY KOREAN / WINTER VACATION -- Part 2

*Seoul Olympic Parktel - the place we stayed in Seoul.*

We found these images rather disturbing.... & amusing at the same time.

DAY 4: KOREAN GINSENG / KIMCHI SCHOOL & HANBOK / AMETHYST / FACE SHOP / LUNCH AT MARAKECH RESTAURANT / BLUE HOUSE / DUTY FREE / SHOPPING ON THE STREET / DINNER AT TAJ PALACE

*In front of the Korean Ginseng building*

*The displays of ginseng*

*Different kinds of kimchi that suits your taste*

Before...

Demonstration...

*Successfully making a packet of kimchi which will be donated to the poor*

*Sporting hanbok outfits in Kimchi School*

*Love my pink hanbok!*

AMETHYST
*Picking out my favourite piece of amethyst ring*

THE FACE SHOP

*Trying out their product*

*Marakech Restaurant*

Our lunch...

I remember being extremely cold when this was taken. The sun didn't help either.

DUTY-FREE

This sales-lady at the duty-free counter is pretty amusing.
She could spot a genuine Ferragamo purse with just one peek!

Shopping on the street. Bought some good stuffs around here, such as gifts (hooded top & pants accesorized with diamante 'Love Pink' signature) for my sisters.

*Enjoying the lights and feeling the festivity around the city.*

*Taj Palace Restaurant*

Part of our dinner... Love munching on them! Very tasty.

DAY 5: EVERLAND THEME PARK / LUNCH AT FOOD COURT / DINNER AT CHAKRAA RESTAURANT / STOPPED BY HARD ROCK CAFE

It's a snowy morning. We spotted falling snow from our hotel room last night.
We were getting ready to mount into the bus and headed to Everland Theme Park.

Here we are in Everland Theme Park after an hour drive.

Taking a group picture right after entering the park.

*Vintage vehicle, baby!*

Admiring the retro vintage posters. By the way, we're actually queueing up in line when this was taken. The line took forever...

We were waiting in line to get on a chairlift, actually.

The long wait & patience were soon paid off. The view from the chairlift is pretty cool.

*About to take a bus ride in Safari World.*

All smiles to the customers now.
Don't forget to do that infectious wave with both cold hands of yours. Yes, that's it. Wave!

They're sleeping on an artificial rock with heater underneath.

These animals are a breed of half tiger and half lion.

They're sleeping!

"Show me Sexy Bear!"

*Having lunch at the food court.*
*Taking a break and enjoying a lil' sun.*

A closer look at a cub of half lion & tiger.

Don't feed the animals!
"Wave your hands if you're a Bruneian!" AHAH!
*Taking a seat to watch a parade.*

*The Christmas Parade*

Do your thang, jokerman!

*Gettin' jiggy with it!*

*At the end of the day, we had dinner at Chakraa Restaurant.*

*Me & Sunny Yang*
*Admiring her sweet looking boots!*

To be continued..... more snapshots to come....
